The application for trademarks and business-names should always precede successful market entry of your trademark products. GRAU Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB will represent you at the German Patent and Trademark Office (national trademarks), at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (community trademarks), as well as at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland (IR trademarks), and will undertake all application procedures at the respective institutes.

National as well as community trademarks could be infringed upon through opposition and cancellation proceedings by a third party; we will represent you in such proceedings at the various authorities. We will also represent you nationally regarding trademarks matters before all German courts, i.e. The German Federal Patent Court, as well as jointly with locally admitted attorneys before the German Federal Supreme Court.
