Thanks to our long-standing experience in bankruptcy law, we support our Clients by offering advisory services and representing them in bankruptcy proceedings in Germany.

Creditor’s representation

We offer support in the effective safeguarding of your interests. The scope of the support covers:

• Entry in the list of claims,
• Representation of creditors in medium-size and large-size bankruptcy proceedings (entry in the list of claims, representation during meetings of creditors, ongoing information on the course of the proceedings),
• The pursuit of claims regarding the right for exemptions from the bankruptcy estate (e.g. in the case of retention of title) or right to separate satisfaction (e.g. in the case of security),
• Indemnification against claims submitted by an official receiver against creditors (e.g. under actio Pauliana).

Advisory services in insolvency matters

We also provide advisory services for commercial partnerships, companies and sole traders in a weak financial position and determine whether there is an obligation to declare bankruptcy. Should the above be necessary, we provide enterprises with advisory services regarding the preparation of the motion to initiate bankruptcy proceedings.
