In as far as goods are exported or imported, The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is generally established between the Parties and applied.The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, also referred to as the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, is decisive for the international sale of goods.

We will create contracts for the international sale of goods and outline the advantages and disadvantages, which result from the application of The UN Convention, compared to the application of the respective national law. We will also set the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which are based on the UN Convention.
